RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy

 

  • Hampers and Wreaths handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation.

  • In the event that your hamper or its contents are incorrect or arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us on 0437 231 961 or info@hampersandwreaths.com.au.

  • Hampers and Wreaths must be notified within three (3) days of purchase of all refunds or returns.

  • If all care instructions have been followed or if Hampers and Wreaths produced the incorrect goods, Hampers and Wreaths will provide a replacement or credit depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue. The value of the credit or replacement is at the discretion of Hampers and Wreaths.

  • Hampers and Wreaths reserves the right to request images of original goods for our records. Replacement product will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or images have not been produced.

  • If a parcel has an incorrect address, and our couriers are unable to call the recipient to verify, the parcel will be returned to us.

  • Hampers cannot be re-directed while in transit and will need to be returned to us before being sent to the new/correct address.

  • An applicable redelivery fee will be passed on to you to facilitate the delivery of the hamper to the same or an alternative address.

  • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been placed and it is advisable that if an error has been made or if you wish to cancel the order, to call us immediately on 0437 231 961.

  • Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original card or Paypal account used.
